It is that time of year when our best selling shoes are updated! The Asics GT-2170 , Kayano 18 and 1170 are here. The Brooks GTS Adrenaline 12 is here as well.

We’ve listened to your requests and now offer some new products. The SaltStick caps come in a 30 cap bottle ($10.99) as well as a 100 cap bottle ($19.99) and offer sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium to prevent cramping.

Injinji Lo Cut liners are available for $9.99. Lighter in weight than our other Injinji socks and in a no show length, these toe socks are perfect for Vibram Five Finger shoes and as a light weight sock to prevent blistering in between your toes.

The Running Shop is proud to once again be a drop off site for Toys for Tots. Please bring in a new and unwrapped toy. Help make a less fortunate child’s holiday fabulous!

Thanksgiving Cross Country Classic

Thanksgiving is only just over three weeks away! That means that the Thanksgiving Cross Country Classic 5K and Fun Run is only just over three weeks away! Jump over hay bales and a water jump in Reid Park on a mostly grass course. New this year is a lower priced fun run for those not commited to running a 5K.
